What is the competition ?
Following two online competitions, S.O.N.I.A. decided to organize a small and friendly event: the Québec AUV Challenge. The competition was created to help train the next generation of students while giving teams the opportunity to test their progress in a real competitive environment after months of remote development during the pandemic.
Teams from across Québec were invited to Montréal for a weekend of competition, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. The challenges were inspired by the 2020 RoboSub competition, whose in-person edition had been cancelled due to the pandemic.

A special thanks also goes to Aquadôme for hosting the competition over the weekend, as well as to all the volunteers whose dedication made the event possible.
