Ces syst\u00e8mes comprennent :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-medium-font-size\">\n<li>La coque;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le hub principal;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les supports et syst\u00e8mes de fixation internes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les actionneurs et assemblages m\u00e9caniques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ticss-da155e39 has-medium-font-size\">La coque du LITE, notre sous-marin le plus r\u00e9cent, a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue avec SolidWorks et usin\u00e9e en six sections en aluminium \u00e0 l\u2019aide de machines CNC. Les pi\u00e8ces ont ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 assembl\u00e9es et soud\u00e9es afin de garantir une structure solide et \u00e9tanche pour les op\u00e9rations sous-marines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ticss-4019addb has-medium-font-size\">De plus, l\u2019\u00e9quipe d\u00e9veloppe en continu de nouveaux concepts et soutient les autres d\u00e9partements afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 globale et l\u2019int\u00e9gration des AUV. L\u2019\u00e9quipe m\u00e9canique travaille \u00e9galement en \u00e9troite collaboration avec l\u2019\u00e9quipe \u00e9lectrique pour assurer la bonne int\u00e9gration des syst\u00e8mes \u00e9lectriques embarqu\u00e9s dans les sous-marins. Un exemple est le syst\u00e8me de support interne \u00e0 clips d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 pour l\u2019AUV8.1 et LITE, permettant d\u2019installer ou de retirer rapidement les composants \u00e9lectriques pour la maintenance et les tests. L'information recueillie peut aussi \u00eatre utiliser pour obtenir un mod\u00e8le le plus r\u00e9aliste possible pour notre simulateur. L\u2019usinage permet de transformer les id\u00e9es et les conceptions en pi\u00e8ces physiques enti\u00e8rement fonctionnelles pour nos syst\u00e8mes sous-marins.
