Ces pi\u00e8ces incluent\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La coque;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le hub principal; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les syst\u00e8mes de supports et de racks;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Les actionneurs. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ticss-da155e39 has-medium-font-size\">La coque de l\u2019AUV8 est notre sous-marin le plus r\u00e9cent. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u \u00e0 l\u2019aide de SolidWorks et usin\u00e9 dans une machine CNC. Au total, plus de 250 heures ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pass\u00e9es \u00e0 usiner la coque AUV8.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ticss-da155e39 has-medium-font-size\">S.O.N.I.A. utilise SolidWorks, fourni par l'un de ses sponsors fid\u00e8les, pour la conception 3D. Le CNC et la fabrication additive sont ensuite utilis\u00e9s pour fabriquer les pi\u00e8ces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ticss-4019addb has-medium-font-size\">De plus, l'\u00e9quipe travaille continuellement sur de nouvelles id\u00e9es et soutient les autres d\u00e9partements pour am\u00e9liorer l'efficacit\u00e9 de l'AUV. En particulier, l'\u00e9quipe m\u00e9canique collabore \u00e9troitement avec l'\u00e9quipe \u00e9lectrique pour int\u00e9grer diff\u00e9rents syst\u00e8mes \u00e9lectriques dans le sous-marin. Par exemple, l'\u00e9quipe m\u00e9canique a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un syst\u00e8me de racks sans outil bas\u00e9 sur des clips pour l'AUV8, permettant \u00e0 l'\u00e9quipe \u00e9lectrique de retirer des composants sans utiliser d'outils. L'impression 3D nous sert aussi \u00e0 imprimer quelques pi\u00e8ces pour concevoir nos accessoires sur les sous-marins. L'information recueillie peut aussi \u00eatre utiliser pour obtenir un mod\u00e8le le plus r\u00e9aliste possible pour notre simulateur. L'usinage permet \u00e0 notre \u00e9quipe de mat\u00e9rialiser ses id\u00e9es.
